What PrepToPay Is
PrepToPay is a study tool for the FPC and CPP payroll certification exams. It provides practice questions, flashcards, calculators, a reference tool, and an AI-powered payroll assistant. PrepToPay is not affiliated with PayrollOrg and does not guarantee exam passage.
Your Account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. One account per person. You must be 18 or older to use this service.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial begins at sign-up and does not reset if you create a new account with the same email.
Subscription and Payment
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. FPC access is $9.99/month. CPP access is $14.99/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Acceptable Use
You may use PrepToPay for your own personal exam preparation. You may not share your account, resell access, scrape content, or use the app to build a competing product. The question bank, explanations, and study content are proprietary to PrepToPay LLC.
AI Chat
The payroll assistant is for informational and study purposes only. It is not legal, tax, or professional advice. Always verify payroll calculations and compliance requirements with qualified professionals or official sources.
Disclaimer
PrepToPay is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the app will be error-free or that studying with PrepToPay will result in passing your exam. Exam content and passing standards are controlled by PayrollOrg, not PrepToPay.
Limitation of Liability
PrepToPay LLC’s liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
