What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. When you use the app, we store your quiz scores, study progress, flashcard statuses, exam date, and streak. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number.

How We Use It

We use your data to run the app — restoring your progress when you return, calculating your trial period, and processing your subscription. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and Anthropic (AI chat).

AI Chat

The payroll assistant chat sends your messages to Anthropic’s API. Do not share sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, full employee records, or banking credentials in the chat.

Data Storage

Your account data is stored in Supabase (AWS us-east-2). Study progress is also cached in your browser’s localStorage for faster load times.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing preptopay@outlook.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use session tokens stored in localStorage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
